What currency will I be charged for my order?

 

  • All prices are charged in £ Sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT where applicable. 

  • International clients outside of the UK who place orders, will be charged the equivalent of the current exchange rate on the date of their purchase by their own banking facility.

  • We have no control over the exchange rate offered.

How do I pay for my order?

  • We allow payment using PayPal and most major credit or debit cards.

  • Payments are accepted through PayPal via the website, using your PayPal account or major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express / Diners Club cards)

Customs & Duties

  • Shipments outside of the UK may incur Import Duties, Clearance / Brokerage Fees. 

  • You are responsible for providing any information required by Customs to ensure the goods are cleared and / or any charges associated with this.

  • We have no control over such charges.

Product Information

 

We have taken reasonable steps to display as accurately as possible the colours and other detailing of our products. However, the actual colours and detailing you see onscreen will depend on the equipment you use to view the products. We cannot guarantee that your device monitor display of any colour or other detailing will exactly reflect the colour or detailing of the product upon delivery. Any information regarding sizing of products including stone size is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.

Special Promotions

 

Free gifts: In any instance where an item is part of a free gift or zero prices promotion, the free gift or zero priced item must be returned before any refund for a chargeable item on the promotion can be made. Any implied value to a free gift is based on our estimates and does not reflect a previous selling price or external market value. Actual free gift may vary. All gifts are while stocks last. One per customer, during the promotional period. Free gift promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and can be changed or withdrawn without notice. We reserve the right to exercise our discretion to allow you to keep the free gift where you return a chargeable item. 

Delivery

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • All accepted orders are subject to stock availability.

  • UK Shipments – please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. 

  • International Shipments (except the UK) - please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

  • Working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. 

  • Estimated date given for delivery is provided as an indication only. We do not accept any liability for delivery for up to 21 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, our delivery company or any other third party.

  • We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

  • We deliver your items to the address provided by you; if available you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. If you are out, the courier may use their discretion and obtain a signature from a neighbour or any other person who agree to take delivery on your behalf or they will leave a calling card for you to arrange a more suitable delivery time.

  • We cannot deliver products within the same order to multiple addresses. 

  • All first orders must be delivered to the billing address.

  • Once delivered, the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on delivery.

  • The placing of an order through the website shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

  • We DO NOT SHIP to PO Box or BFPO addresses. Hotels, Hostels or Prisons

  • Your first order with us must be to the Billing Address of the Card Holder

Shipping Charges

 

How much will I pay for shipping per order? 

  • UK shipping charges: £4.95 per order

  • International shipping charges (except UK): £19.95 per order

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £250.00

  • Your purchase will be delivered via a Track / Signed For Service, so please ensure persons are present at the delivery address to take / sign for your delivery. 

Returns

 

Can I return my order?

YES.  Simply follow the return instructions below and send it back to us within 21 days of the dispatch date for a full refund of the purchase price (including VAT)

In order to obtain your refund:

  • The identification tag must not have been removed from the item.

  • The item must be returned in a clean, unused and unaltered condition and in its original packaging (and with the authenticity card if supplied).

  • Items which have been re-sized or personalised to your specifications by us (or by another jeweller) to your specifications CANNOT be refunded.

  • EARRINGS cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds made under this returns policy will not include either the original postage and packing charge or any return costs.

  • Refunds will be made within 30 days from receipt at our return address.

  • Refunds will be made to the original means of payment.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Ensure that the outer packaging for your return item is suitable to protect it while in transit to our return address.

What steps do I need to take to return the item?

Provided the above requirement are met, you must contact Sales@jdolcefinejewels.com stating your reason(s) for return WITHIN 7 days of receipt for your purchase.

  • Upon acknowledgement of your notification to return, we will then advise you of the address to return your item.  

  • It must be returned in the condition it was shipped in (including all packaging materials), within *7 days of the acknowledgement email from our sales team.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

Yes.  We recommend you return your item via a Tracked & Signed For service (or other similar tracked and insured delivery service) to ensure you have proof of postage and that your item is covered during transit. This is important since we will not be able to issue a refund for any items returned that are damaged or lost in shipment.

How long does it take to process a return? 

Provided that the item you returned is in original purchase condition and within its original packaging, the full price equivalent in GPB, will be refunded to you within 30 days of our receipt.  Your money will be returned to the account that you made your purchase.

Ownership and Risk

The products remain our property until full payment has been made by you, has been received by us and we have delivered the products to you. The risk in the products will pass to you on delivery, as set out in the Warranties and Liabilities section below.

Warranties and Liabilities

We warrant that the goods supplied will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us. We will not be liable to you for any claims that arise out of the supply of our products to you unless we are negligent. We will not be liable in any event for any consequential loss, or loss arising out of any acts which are outside our control except where this is required by law. Our entire liability shall not exceed the price of the item(s), except where such limit is prohibited by law. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice, certificate of authenticity or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part and without any prior notification. The views and opinions expressed in any of our platforms or on our website are the views of the contributors and should not be taken necessarily as fact.
